This hotel is in the perfect location for visiting the Gatlinburg area. The staff was very friendly and gave us tips on local attractions to visit. The room was clean and neat. I would recommend it to others who want a reasonably priced hotel in this area.
The staff was extremely helpful.
The balcony over the river was not child friendly.

Okay hotel for our vacation but a little too far from the main shopping street.
The hotel balcony sat upon the river and was beautiful to look at.
The bathroom was a little small and the balcony doors should have been better designed.

I'm overall pleased with our stay. When we travel to Gatlinburg next time, we will definitely consider Comfort Inn!
Beautiful view, friendly staff, convenient location.
Breakfast lobby was very crowded, hard to get to things.
