In general this hotel was a nice place to stay. We were not in our rooms very much, so it was sufficient. The hotel itself was very dated, although the location was great! The staff was very friendly and curious, and the price was not bad.

Very clean room, friendly atmosphere, a convenient location.

The room style was very dated! New furnishings and paint would be great!

Great room size. The extra sink/vanity area outside of the bathroom was very convenient. The location is excellent. Overall this was a fantastic.

Room was large and comfortable, extra sink/vanity area outside of bathroom.

The only issue was the air conditioning. It never got as cold as my husband likes, but it was still comfortable.

Very close to national park. Close to main street without the crowds.

Coke machine on 3rd floor was not working.

Best Western Crossroads Inn offers many comforting views and a wide array of conveniences for travelers. One of its most attracting features is its location as it is right by intersection of The Great Smoky Mountains Parkway and Greenbier Road which leads right into the heart of the town. As for the property itself, it is simply yet neatly presented, and features its own restaurant where guests can choose to dine in for any meal as well as connect to the internet via the wireless high-speed internet service that is available throughout the hotel.
