Best Western Crossroads Inn offers many comforting views and a wide array of conveniences for travelers. One of it’s most attracting features is it’s location as it is right by intersection of The Great Smoky Mountains Parkway and Greenbier Road which leads right into the heart of the town. As for the property itself, it is simply yet neatly presented, and features its own restaurant where guests can choose to dine in for any meal as well as connect to the internet via the wireless high-speed internet service that is available throughout the hotel.

This hotel serves as a fine place to stop for the night, but accommodations do offer a few problems. Firstly, the toilets provided are awkwardly small. The beds provided are way too soft. Also, they aren’t cleaned particularly carefully as the coffee pots are known to be quite filthy. Despite this, the staff is comprised of a very friendly bunch and the property is situated in a very convenient location, especially to the state park. Read our customer reviews?
