I have had the worst time with them trying to overcharge me. Also they were having a private party during my stay and there were at least 200 people using all of the services and there was no room to go out on the patio or use the bar.

This hotel was much more than we expected for the price. A very classy property. Staff was great. Great location for business or leisure travelers. Rooms were nice size. I found the beds to be a little too soft but the young lady at the front desk said everyone else she's spoken with just loved them. In short, we'd stay here again without giving it a second thought.

Great location with nice restaurant and lounge.

Only king left was in a handicap accessible room. Hand held shower was very week.

Beautiful hotel. It was a pleasure staying there.

We were very impressed with the food bar. Very good and beautifully designed.

The only thing that we wondered about was why the bathroom did not have a vent fan. Other than this, it was wonderful.

The 300-room Marriott Franklin Cool Springs is a 20-minute drive south of Nashville and provides top quality accommodation equally suited to the business or pleasure traveler. Items included with the room rate at this 11-story, non-smoking hotel are a shuttle within a five mile radius of the property, wireless Internet access, in-room tea and coffee, local telephone calls, a morning newspaper and parking. There are 22 rooms available for business or social functions. The largest, the Champion Ballroom, can accommodate 1,900 guests. The hotel is connected to the Cool Springs Conference Center. The Cool Springs Galleria Mall, Crescent Center, Highwoods, Boyle, and Meridian, are within walking distance or just a short ride away from the property.

Those attending conferences and conventions at this Marriott were greatly impressed with the facilities and the professional way the events were handled. Regular travelers said the service was great and they were impressed with the little touches lots of towels available at the swimming pool and smiles from the cheerful crew of employees. Several said dining was good but expensive. Most guests said they would recommend the hotel to others and planned to stay here again the next time they came to town.
