This is a great hotel for families because you are conveniently located near a lot of the main attractions in the area.

What a great experience we had for our first time to Chattanooga. The hotel location couldn't be better, close to everything, from dining to a WWII "Duck" ride on the river. A safe place for an evening stroll along the river or a short walk to an ice cream store. Most important to me the windows open in the hotel rooms.

This hotel was wonderful. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. The room was spacious and very clean. Many restaurants and aquarium within walking distance. Located on the riverfront. We will stay there when we visit again.

I've never had a better experience from hotel staff. We planned on staying just overnight and ended up staying 3 nights things were so nice.

This hotel is in a great location. Aquariums and Imax across street. Resturants(6) located on next block. Excellent service. Easy to get to other tourist attractions.

You can't ask for a better location. There are plenty of restaurants in the area. All within walking distance. My young children were very happy. The Aquarium is next door and the 3D theatre is across the street. There's a movie theatre around the corner. I didn't have to drive my car at all. Rooms are clean with plenty of space; Indoor pool and Jacuzzi which is where my kids spent some of their time. Buffet breakfast in hotel was delicious. Hotel staff helpful and very friendly. Check in and out was easy. Has indoor parking garage. It will be our hotel of choice from now on.

The hotel is clean. It is close to several attractions and great restaurants with comfortable beds. Staff very friendly. Plan to stay here again.

Terrific location within walking distance of many attractions and restaurants. Very nice room with nice balcony and comfortable bed. Very courteous staff.

Great location right in downtown tourist district. Walk to attractions, restaurants, trolley station. Park once in garage and leave it there, minimal daily charge is worth it. A bit of sloppy housekeeping in vacuuming/mopping. Non-smoking room smelled of smoke, two mentions to front desk resulted in no action, even though it was promised. All belongings smelled of smoke upon return home. But it is a nice hotel, can't beat the location. Great for annual Riverbend Festival, located yards away from entrance. Staff friendly and helpful, even though they didn't help with the smoke smell.
