Overall when I return to Chattanooga again I will book a room at the holiday inn express because the hotel got it going on as far as the staff (Jodi) was a nice person that had her stuff together. Jodi went out of her way to make me and my wife stay enjoyable. THANK YOU JODI.
Close to interstate 75 to get off and on conveyance to many stores and a mall.
The only thing was wrong was the carpet was dirty they should be cleaned once a month.

Quiet place to stay, a lot safer than around the aquarium area. But does need some updating. Like programming the remotes to work for the TV's, paint room walls, and the hall way down stairs needs to be repaired, but all in all. Not bad. Great to save on funds if you need to save money.
It was quiet, and they served breakfast from 6:30 Am until 9:30 AM, also had clean bed linen and towels daily.
Remote to the TV did not work.

Enjoyed our stay, felt safe and in a nice location, room was very clean and neat.
Clean, close to everything, nice furnishings, liked the extra touch of a refrigerator and microwave.
Saw one roach, air conditioning was loud.

This was a Holiday Inn until it joined the ranks of Super 8. Those who have stayed here say it provides reasonable accommodation, nothing fancy, and the rooms are clean. Words of warning from those in the know: There is no elevator so if humping luggage to the second floor is a problem get a room on the ground floor. Also the carpet on the stairs had been patched with duct tape and hopefully by the time you read the offending floor covering will have been replaced.
