Friendly staff and a great location near river, restaurants, aquarium, museum and art district. Clean, comfortable room. We wished that our schedule had allowed for a stay of more than the one night. Would definitely recommend, and we hope to stay there again sometime.

Very, very friendly check-in. Staff provided discount coupon for excellent nearby (walking distance) dining. Great location.

Brief problem with internet access. Night staff didn't have a clue, but I figured it out.

When I asked if we could check in about 7 hours early, they said, "no problem". When I asked about a good seafood restaurant in the area, they told me where, within walking distance and a 10% off coupon. When I asked about where the Zoo was, they printed out directions for me and gave me two free passes! I was beyond satisfied with this hotel! The complimentary hot breakfast bar was excellent! The hotel was very clean and the staff always said hello, as we passed them. I would most definitely recommend!

Staff was extremely helpful with locations and free admission tickets.

No smoking rooms.

My recent two night stay was excellent. Location is great with on-site parking and within walking distance to major attractions in the downtown area. All of the staff was friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the hot breakfast each morning. The hotel was clean and security was not an issue which is very important to me. I will certainly return to this hotel again.

The pet-friendly Residence Inn by Marriott Chattanooga comprises 76 suites each with a full kitchen and separate living and sleeping areas. The four-story, non-smoking property is located close to the Tennessee River and provides affordable extended stay accommodation for both the business traveler and families on vacation. Items included with the room rate are a hot breakfast buffet, evening socials on Monday through Thursdays, high-speed Internet access, local telephone calls and coffee available in the lobby 24/7. The property is within walking distance of the Tennessee Aquarium, Children's Creative Discovery Museum, Tennessee Riverwalk, Hunter Art Museum, Bellsouth Park home of the Chattanooga Lookouts, and the Southern Belle Chattanooga Riverboat. It is a short drive to several golf courses and the Lookout Mountain Incline Railway, Rock City, and Ruby Falls.

Most clients were impressed with all the items that you get with the reasonable room rates, particularly the midweek social hours and the extensive buffet breakfast. There were complaints that some of the rooms are in need of refurbishing. However, most guest say they will return here thanks to the low rates and helpful and friendly employees. Families enjoyed the location being so close to Chattanoogas many attractions.
