I would recommend it to a friend. It met our expectations.

The suites were very roomy, decorated nicely

No mattress pad on bed ,bottom sheet very thin.

The hotel was nice, not family friendly though. We had an upstairs neighbor that came in at midnight, and got up at 4.30 am. The floor/ceiling between the rooms was paper thin and it was extremely loud. We traveled with our 16 month old son, and every time the person came/left/rolled over, it woke up our son. I will not stay at another Residence Inn if I travel with my son and I will not stay on the ground floor again.

The hotel had picnic tables and large grassy areas available.

The pet-friendly Residence Inn by Marriott Nashville Brentwood is located in the Maryland Farms Office Park and provides extended stay accommodation equally suited to the business traveler or families on vacation. The two-story, non-smoking hotel comprises 100 suites each with a fully equipped kitchen and separate living and sleeping areas. Items included with the room rate are a hot breakfast buffet, a managers reception on midweek evenings, high-speed Internet access, a morning newspaper, parking and coffee available in the lobby 24/7. There is one small room available for business or social functions. Area landmarks and attractions include two golf courses, downtown Nashville, Vanderbilt University, Cool Springs Galleria, The Parthenon, Sommet Center, Grand Ole Opry, Opry Mills Mall and Belle Meade Plantation.
