I give it a B, because I really would have liked to eat the complementary breakfast, but it did not open early enough. Other than that, clean rooms, convenient location, friendly staff.

Location, free airport shuttle service and free parking.

This is a great place to stay rooms are clean and the staff is friendly and very helpful. The location is close to several restaurants. Cookies and coffee is served in the lobby free after 2 pm. Free USA today at front desk and the room are large they have a bed, sofa and desk.

Clean and excellent service large rooms.

Breakfast variety could have been better.

This is an excellent hotel. The staff was polite and courteous. The hotel and rooms was clean and comfortable. I did not eat the continental breakfast offered but the set up was well organized and neat.

Very clean.

Only one elevator and stairs on one end of hotel.

Located a quarter of a mile from the International Airport, Country Inn & Suites Knoxville Airport hotel is a great choice for both business and family travelers. Traveling between the airport and the hotel will be a cinch with the 24 hours complimentary airport shuttle service. Business travelers will appreciate the business center which is always open. If holding a get together ask to check out the meeting and banquet services. The hotel features inviting common areas where guests can read a book in comfort or converse with fellow guests by the beautiful fireplace. Traveling with the family should not be a problem as the kids will spend great time at the Arcade and game room. If you carry valuables that you can´t lose, store them in the safety box at the front desk. The staff is ready to help you at any odd time.

Great location near the airport. The rooms are clean and comfortable, beds are huge. Some of the rooms have a loud air conditioner. The place is family friendly. The front desk is very professional. The lobby is warm and inviting.
