Hotel had a welcoming appeal as soon as we entered the lobby. The staff was pleasant and helpful.

Early morning staff was extremely helpful since we were scheduled to leave on an early am flight.

This hotel was very neat and clean. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The only drawback was the only ice and vending I could find was at the end of the hall on the first floor. We were at mid third floor so it was a pain to get ice or beverages. Otherwise it was a very good stay. One of the best we've experienced. And we travel a lot.

The view from the room was awesome.

The TV channel selection was not very good.

The Jameson Inn Alcoa is proud of its top-notch customer service at this modern hotel that has the charm of a country inn. Leisure travelers, family vacationers, and business guests will all enjoy the delicious complimentary breakfast (featuring its famous Belgian waffles), the spacious and comfortable rooms, and the close proximity to local attractions such as Dollywood, the Knoxville Zoo, downtown Knoxville, the Great Smokey Mountain National Park, and Cades Cove.
