Of course it didn't have all of the amenities that a five star, luxury hotel would have, but for the price, it was a knockout! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are nice and neat.

I really can't think of anything. For the price you can't go wrong!

Very fine motel.

Very friendly service, especially for the complimentary breakfast and the airport shuttle service.

The swimming pool made an odor that crept through our end of the hotel.

The hotel was clean and everything worked except the door keys. The one complaint we have is that our room was not cleaned while we were there. We don't really know why but we were too tired to worry about it when we returned. The staff was excellent but seemed to be unable to multi-task. There was a snack shop in the lobby where you paid at the desk. If they were on the phone they ignored us until the call was finished. That is a minor complaint though and overall it was about what you would expect for 2 star service.

Staff was excellent. Very friendly but slow.

We had a lot of trouble with the electronic door lock. One didn't work at all.

Many travelers who stayed at the Holiday Inn said it is a fine hotel with a very friendly and helpful front desk staff. The rooms are spacious, well equipped and spotlessly clean. Business clients were impressed with the facilities and said the location was good close to the airport but far enough away so there was no noise of aircraft movements. Families enjoyed the pool area and said they would return to this inn on future visits to the area and recommend the property to others.
