The three-story non-smoking hotel has a newly renovated lobby and public areas, and is located close to the Sioux Falls Regional Airport and the corporate offices of Citicorp, Wells Fargo Financial and Avera McKennan. Items included with the room rate are a hot breakfast buffet, high-speed Internet access, a morning newspaper, local telephone calls, parking and coffee available in the lobby 24/7. The region’s largest shopping mall, The Empire Mall adjoins the hotel. Area landmarks and attractions include five golf courses, Augustana College, University of Sioux Falls, Colorado Technical, Great Plains Zoo and the Thunder Road Family Fun Park.

All the guestrooms, and eight suites, have a work desk with high-speed Internet access, cable television with cable movie and news channels and pay-per-view movies, pullout sofa bed, alarm clock, tea and coffee making facilities, iron and ironing board, hairdryer and IDD telephone. The king suites have the added advantage of a refrigerator and microwave oven.

The complimentary breakfast is the only meal served here but there are several places to eat nearby including an Applebees, Chili’s, an IHOP, Olive Garden and a Red Lobster. The 24-hour front desk has safe deposit boxes, information on area events and attractions and a list of restaurants that will deliver to the inn. Other amenities include fax and copying services, a laundry, valet dry-cleaning and vending machines.
