The Fairfield Inn was a very nice place to stay and the desk staff was helpful.
Nicely decorated, clean rooms, nice staff, decent breakfast.
Elevator was very slow.

Provided everything I needed, as a rest stop on a two day trip. Hotel provided a good complimentary breakfast; convenient location-easy to find; good highway access. All in all, worked fine for me.

All the guestrooms, and 19 suites, have a work desk with high-speed Internet access, microwave oven, IDD telephone, cable television with movie channels, pay-per-view movies, pullout sofa bed, alarm clock, tea and coffee making facilities, iron and ironing board, and a hairdryer. Some rooms have a Jacuzzi.
Amenities offered
The complimentary breakfast, with the Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwich, is the only meal served here. There are several places to eat nearby including an Outback Steakhouse, Miami Sub, Steak and Ale and The Junction. The inn has an outdoor swimming pool, whirlpool and a fitness room. The 24-hour front desk has safe deposit boxes, information on area attractions and events and can arrange for babysitters. Other amenities include an airlines reservation desk, vending machines, a coin-operated laundry and a full-service business center.

Does HotelsByCity recommend this hotel?
Many clients said this was not the best Fairfield Inn they had stayed in. There were complaints that the rooms were dark and you need lights on even in the middle of the day. There were good comments about a helpful staff and great location. This inn sneaks in with a YES rating. Hopefully when management reads this, and looks at other reviews, it will realize it is time for refurbishing. There is competition in the area but you might have a problem finding better accommodation at the prices charged here.
