I enjoyed my stay there and have stayed since. Your proximity to the airport is great and your staff very pleasing. The bar food was great and the entertainment enjoyable. Being a gold Crown member for years I try to stay at the best Western whenever I travel.

We did not stay because room was nasty and smelled of smoke. They would not refund money.Would not recommend to anybody!

Double charged for the room, no one will answer the phone at the hotel so I can get a credit issued, carpet gross, no kleenex in room, less than a roll of tissue paper. I will never stay at a Best Western anywhere ever again even if the night is free! I can't even get the coporate help desk on the line. I have been trying for two days and I have yet to get anyone on the phone who will help. GO FIGURE!!

We had a paid reservation but they sent us to the hotel next door which they plan to buy. It was horrible! How could any one could keep this type of facility as their partners?

My room was filthy.The rug was dirty had holes in the carpet.The bathtub was chip all over.Dust eveywhere in the room.The lighting was not that good. The bedding look like it wasn't change

Could stand to have some upgrading done. Otherwise clean and comfortable. Only had shears for privacy over window.

The hotel was run down, the room was dirty and the service was terrible. I was very disappointed and had there been availability somewhere else would have requested a refund.
