Wow. Guests were very split on their experiences here. Some were bowled over by the friendliness of staff, spacious rooms, luxurious pool and whirlpool, tastiness of the breakfast. Others had dreadful experiences with horribly dirty rooms, outdated linens, wallpaper literally peeling off the walls, and a disgusting breakfast. It's almost like two different hotels with the same address. To make it more frustrating, the reviews were all within the last six months, so it doesn't appear to be an issue of pre- and post-renovation differences. Guests may want to limit their bookings here to low-traffic times so if they wind up with a bad room, they can request a different room. Read our customer reviews?

Quality Suites Charleston Accommodations

Guests have their choice between a king suite or double suite, to suit their needs. Basic accommodations include a coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, two televisions - one for the living area and one for the sleeping area - sleeper sofa, and wet bar. Upgrades are available, including whirlpool suites.

In-room, guests will be pleased to find complimentary wireless internet access, a work area with dataports, Lodgenet pay-per movies, and more. The hotel provides many amenities as well, offering complimentary shuttle service from the airport, free parking for registered guests, a morning Hot Lowcountry Breakfast and evening Manager's Cocktail Reception (Monday through Saturday, only).
