The four-story, non-smoking inn has one small meeting room for business or social functions. The property is adjacent to the Colonial Mall, which is home to the Bass Pro Shop, and less than one mile from the Barefoot Landing complex, which features the Alabama Theatre and the House of Blues. Other landmarks and attractions within a short drive are numerous golf courses, The Carolina Opry, the Dixie Stampede and the beaches.

Frequent visitors to this Fairfield say this inn offers great value for money and is close to great shopping areas. There were good reviews about the quality and quantity of the items at the breakfast buffet. The employees were praised for the speed they resolved problems and for their knowledge of the area attractions. There were complaints from some that that accommodation needed refurbishing but most clients said the price was right, and they would use this property on future visits to the area.
