The five-story, non-smoking property is located on six oceanfront acres on the islands Sea Pines Plantation. The time-share resort has two swimming pools, a childrens pool and three whirlpools. Nearby landmarks and attractions are Pinkney Island Wildlife Refuge, the Baynard Ruins, Shelter Cover Harbor, the New Hall Audubon Preserve, the Indigo Run Plantation and shopping at the Tanger Outlet stores. Nearby activities include several championship golf courses, water skiing, tennis, sailing, kayaking, miniature golf, cycle and jogging trails and horseback riding.

The two-bedroom, two bathroom villas have a separate living and dining area, full kitchen and breakfast bar. The master suite has a king-size bed, oversized bathtub with spray jets and separate shower. The televisions have cable movie and news channels. Other amenities include an in-room safe, telephones with voice mail, iron and ironing board, alarm clock, DVD player, washer and dryer, pullout sofa bed and hairdryers. All of the villas have private balconies, or patios, and some have ocean views.
