We want to let you know that we had a wonderful getaway for 4 days . Thank you for providing such a lovely and clean place for us to stay.

I like their breakfast buffet and the time (6am '10 AM)

The swimming pool is too small for the number of rooms and the size of the hotel.

Overall, our stay at the Residence Inn-Hilton Head was very nice. We found that the location of the hotel was convenient to most all of the island's attractions, the room was very clean, and the staff was friendly! We would definitely stay here again!

The full-service breakfast (waffles, eggs, sausage, etc.) was awesome!

The room attendants were a little slow with cleaning our room after 4 PM!

This hotel was farther away from the beach than I originally thought but still drivable and there was a complimentary shuttle service. But the room was great a little stuffy, but I am sure the age explains that. Overall I think they should have had more amenities.

The pet-friendly Park Lane Hotel and Suites, formerly a Residence Inn, comprises 156 suites equally suited to the extended stay business or leisure traveler. The hotel is located 2.5 miles from Coligny Beach and is the only all-suites hotel on Hilton Head. Items included with the room rate are a hot breakfast buffet, midweek social hours, high-speed Internet access, local telephone calls, parking and copy of USA Today. Nearby landmarks and attractions are Pinkney Island Wildlife Refuge, the Baynard Ruins, Shelter Cover Harbor, the New Hall Audubon Preserve, the Indigo Run Plantation and shopping at the Tanger Outlet stores and the Shelter Cover Mall. Nearby activities include several championship golf courses, water skiing, tennis, sailing, kayaking, miniature golf, cycle and jogging trails and horseback riding.

All the suites have a kitchen with conventional oven and microwave oven, stovetop, refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, coffeemaker, toaster and a full set of cutlery and crockery. There is a work desk with high-speed Internet access, two-line telephone with voicemail and speakerphone, pullout sofa bed, television with cable movie and news channels and pay-per-view movies, hairdryer and an iron and ironing board. Some of the suites have a fireplace.

This was a Residence Inn by Marriott. It got good reviews then and it continues to get them as the Park Lane Hotel and Suites. Many guests say this is the perfect place for a weekend getaway. The numerous facilities including tennis courts, basket ball court, swimming pool and Jacuzzi are well maintained. Rates are reasonable for all that is included in the price.
