I have stayed here several times and love it. However, this time I had several problems while I was there. We had to move rooms because of noise and then the hairdryer in our new room didn't work. Also, the air-conditioning in the room was not quite right. It felt wet all the time. I love the pool area but a hotel staff member spilled beer all over one of our shoes and then offered Nothing to help clean it up or any apology.

This is one of the best places to stay on Hilton Head. This is the opinion of many travelers who have been guests at this resort. The prices are high but so is the quality of the accommodation and the standard of the service from the professional team of employees. Those who were on a budget say they were able to avoid the high dining costs here by utilizing nearby restaurants.
