I have stayed here several times and love it. However, this time I had several problems while I was there. We had to move rooms because of noise and then the hairdryer in our new room didn't work. Also, the air-conditioning in the room was not quite right. It felt wet all the time. I love the pool area but a hotel staff member spilled beer all over one of our shoes and then offered Nothing to help clean it up or any apology.

The prices are high but so is the quality of the accommodation and the standard of the service from the professional team of employees.
