I booked the room online. We were arriving very late on the night of our stay. My wife called the hotel around 6:00 PM to let the staff know we would be late and to confirm our reservation. When we arrived, our room with 2 Double beds had been given away and had been replaced with a King and a sofa(pullout). Very inconvenient at 1:30 in the morning with 4 people staying in the room. The kicker was that we didn't have enough pillows and towels for everyone. Very poor room management. Hotel was clean enough and breakfast was fine...

Two words -- wicked awesome! From the moment I arrived I was treated like royalty. This hotel really "gets it" -- from the staff to the hotel itself. It is a true gem in Greenville, SC!

Had to stay here for one night due to a wedding and enjoyed my stay. The beds were very nice. The internet connection was very fast. Plenty of room in the rooms and the bathroom. Would reccommend
