The 134-room Courtyard by Marriott Greenville is a residential-style hotel located in Greenville South Carolina’s Haywood Mall shopping and dining district. The three-story, non-smoking property is close to downtown Greenville and Bob Jones, Furman, and Clemson Universities. Greenville-Spartanburg Airport is a 10-minute drive. Items included with the room rate are high-speed Internet access, a morning newspaper, parking, local telephone calls and coffee available in the lobby 24/7. The hotel has two meeting rooms for social or business functions. The larger can accommodate 40 guests. There are four golf courses within an easy drive of the property. Tennis and squash courts, hiking trails and horse riding stables are also nearby.

All the guestrooms, and 12 suites, have a work desk and ergonomic chair and high-speed Internet access. Other amenities include cable television with movie channels and pay-per-view movies, alarm clock, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, coffee and tea making facilities and two-line telephone with voicemail.

The only meal served at the Courtyard Café is breakfast but there is a self-service pantry near the lobby, which has a full range of snacks and beverages. Nearby restaurants include the City Range and Grille, Italian Marker and Gill and an Outback Steakhouse. The hotel has an indoor swimming pool, whirlpool and exercise room. There is a fax and copy machine available for guest use and a coin-operated laundry.
