The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was hot and I did not consider the bathroom clean.

The location was convenient to the place we were going.

I stay here every year and will continue to do so because of the convenience and cleanliness. Staff is professional, courteous and the hotel overall is wonderful.

Excellent location to children's museum and riverbanks zoo.

Breakfast coffee was turned off immediately at 9:00am.

This conveniently located hotel with AAA-3 Diamond rating provides an assortment of amenities for convenience, comfort and confidence. Almost all guests were pleased with roomy comfortable accommodations, microwaves, refrigerators, nutritious plentiful breakfast, managers reception, yummy food at the restaurant and accommodating and helpful staff. However, some visitors were disappointed with bed bugs and ants, dirty rooms, soiled bed sheets, out-of-order elevator, excessive chlorine in the swimming pool, breakfast of dry eggs, poor security arrangement and noise.
