I had asked for a first floor room - was given third floor. I had to park around back where the lighting was very poor. The person on the desk was very rude. There was lint on the carpet, blood on the walls and hairs in the tub.

All first floor rooms have glass doors leading to outside. Hotel is not in a nice area of Columbia. We were put in a non-smoking room as we requested, but the room smelled of smoke and there was a cigarette hole in the blanket on the bed. The toilet ran every 2-5 minutes. Breakfast is not part of the hotel fee, but an additional $10/person cost.

Everyone was very pleasant and I just didn't want to get out of that cozy bed with those soft sheets! I didn't realize until the 2nd day that I did have a coffeemaker in my room, which really didn't matter, b/c I like real cream, so I usually buy my coffee and I really love it when there is a coffee station in the lobby...that's not likely to happen here, since they have a Starbucks in the lobby. Pretty hotel, great location, nice employees...

We stayed here for two nights and it was a wonderful stay. The staff was pleasant, we had a nice little balcony that overlooked the pool. The rooms were clean and the price was cheap. I was comfortable and slept well. They have a great buffet breakfast. It did costs, but it was comparable to any other restuarant without having to travel. I would stay again.

Check in/Check out was easy. The room was clean and the amenities were nice. It was very quiet. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

This was a nice clean place to stay. My family and I were on our way from Ohio to Florida and stayed on the way down and back.

Enjoyed the convenience of this facility. Service was good, rooms comfortable. Will book block of rooms in future. (Pillows are not as nice as Renaissance Marriott in Spartanburg, SC)
