There is 5,800 square-feet of meeting space available for business or social functions. The hotel is close to the William Brice Stadium and across the street from the Carolina Coliseum. This was a Holiday Inn. It got good reviews then and they are even better now that this downtown hotel is a Courtyard by Marriott after a $13 million renovation. Those who have stayed here say the rooms are well equipped, squeaky clean and spacious. The location is good, within walking distance of the historic Vista district, and the employees are polite and professional.
