Hotel staff was great! the only room available, last minute, was smoking. It was an exterior room, so it was not too bad; had a smoky smell though. Very clean, bartenders and lunch buffet were fabulous. Will definitely stay again when i revisit columbia..

Our daughter's wedding reception was held at this hotel and we found the staff helpful and courtesy. The food and service was excellent. Our suite was clean and spacious. There was ample parking. We were very pleased.

We stayed in the 2 story motor court. Our non smoking room reeked of cigarettes, which kept me up all night. There were nicotine stains in the corners and on the shower rod. The air conditioning filter, which they assured me was cleaned between each visit, was coated with tar. At checkout, I complained and was told if I had noticed the cigarette smell at check in they would have moved me. Fair enough, but they should have reduced my room rate.

The main hotel is really nice but the rooms in the courtyard area where we stayed were dirty looking with stains on the chairs. The convenience of parking near your room was nice though.

Staff were very helpful in helping to locate and direct me to where I needed to be the next morning for my meeting. Rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet. Parking was a little tight, but all spots were close to the building.

My husband and I really enjoyed stayingat the Clarion. We were given wonderful service and the food was excellent!
