Other than the location of the room. My stay there was very comfortable.

Convenience to the university campus.

Room next to ice maker extremely noisy and next to tracks. Also, room not made up on second day.

The 57-room Sleep Inn Clemson is one mile from Clemson University and provides affordable accommodation for both the business and pleasure traveler. Items included with the room rate at this non-smoking hotel are a hot breakfast buffet, high-speed Internet access, local telephone calls, passes to a nearby gym, in-room coffee, a newspaper on weekday mornings and parking. There is one meeting room available for business or social functions that can accommodate 30 guests. Area landmarks and attractions include Lake Hartwell, Southern Wesleyan University, Fort Hill Plantation, the Oconee Nuclear Power Plant, the South Carolina Botanical Garden, the Ashtabula Plantation, the T. Not everyone who stayed at this Sleep Inn had a good time. There were complaints about poor housekeeping and a lack of interest from the front desk staff. However we still allow this Clemson property a YES rating because there were travelers who had an enjoyable stay and were impressed with the rooms. Those visitors found the staff to be friendly and efficient and said they would stay here again. The complainers said they would be looking for accommodation elsewhere on future visits to this university town.
