Built in 1861 as a private home and listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the charming Elliott House Inn is centrally located between King and Meeting Streets in the heart of the city. Renovated with modern conveniences, the inn is truly a step back in time to the grand era of early Charleston. Although the inn has no restaurant, right next door is the excellent 82 Queen (which offers room service) or delightful Poogan’s Porch a few doors down.
