This hotel was extremely nice and very comfortable. The staff was the nicest I've experienced at a hotel. The location was far from downtown but they did provide an on call shuttle service for six dollars that worked out nicely. I don't recommend this hotel if you are going bar hopping downtown and plan to stay out late. However, if you are in Charleston to see the city it is probably a good choice. The decor was very modern and comfortable.

Service staff was extremely helpful.

Location was somewhat far from city no indoor pool.

Overall our stay was wonderful and we had a better experience than we paid for. This was the best deal that I have ever had in hotel lodging.

The reception staff was very friendly and helpful and the hotel was beautiful.

Charged for local calls. Not impressed with the bar staff's service.

The hotel is on the west side of the Ashley River with a great view of the city and marina. Its appearance is very nice and the well lit lobby has pretty décor and inviting furnishings. There a many excellent amenities, including free parking, shuttle service into the downtown area, an good restaurant and a beautiful lounge on the top of the building where guests can relax after a busy day in Charleston, exploring plantations or a trip to the beach. For those who dont want to pay high prices downtown, this hotel offers a great value.

This is a modern hotel that offers great views of the city and the Ashley River, especially from the rooftop lounge. Rooms are attractive and clean, the staff is friendly and the amenities are good. Its location offers easy access to Charlestons medical centers, Joe Riley Ballpark, the Citadel, and an easy drive to Folly Beach and historic plantations. It also offers a convenient shuttle service into town (fee).
