Step back in time at this charming three-story Romanesque style inn originally built as the Charleston YMCA in 1889. The ambiance is pure Victorian, complete with period furnishings. Located in the heart of the historic district, guests can easily get around town on foot or trolley that has three circular routes. Fine restaurants such as Queen 82, Diane’s and Poogan’s Porch are a short walk away. A lovely Continental breakfast is served in-room each morning fresh pastries and assorted beverages. What’s not to like here!

Victoria House Inn Accommodations

Each of the 18 rooms and suites are beautifully decorated with comfortable beds, private baths and luxury toiletries. Some of the suites have working fireplaces and Jacuzzis. Although some of the rooms are not large, the ceilings are high and the a petit suite is spacious with a separate sitting room.

Warm, cozy and inviting, guests are pampered in the traditional Charleston tradition. Concierge service will arrange tours, dinner reservations and transportation. Meeting rooms are available for conferences or special events and wireless Internet service is in the lobby. The inn also offers dry cleaning and laundry service.
