Great hotel! Beautiful hotel with shops and dining on first floor; very convenient to other shopping and dining plus entertainment. I recommend this hotel to anyone!!

Service was outstanding. Dining was excellent - a bit pricey. Concierge service was outstanding with pre-printed directions to area attractions. Location was outstanding. The only negatives were lack of a mini-fridge and TV was stationary and not movable. Fitness room was good, spa wasn't worth the money. Would Highly Recommend this luxury hotel.

wonderful rooms, facilities, staff. lacks basic business travel needs. should update to wifi, in room coffee pot etc

This hotel and it's staff has given us something to remember. We were on our honeymoon when a family emergency come up during breakfast. It was hard on my wife but the resturant chef and staff gave us a meal to remember.A note to the butique lady where I bought my wife a bath robe. Many thanks to you. We will be back to finish our honeymoon.

Since we live within driving distance to Charleston, it always feels like a vacation when we stay here. Whether we come to shop or just hang out, we always stay at the Charleston Place. The best part for me was the Spa, it was wonderful and everybody there was so nice. We always try to stay there a couple times a year even if it's for one night!

I have been to some very nice hotels, but none I have ever seen compares to this! The hotel is spotless and beautiful! Luxury is evident everywhere! The staff are present to wait on you hand and foot! If Heaven had hotels, it would be like this. Deserves no less than five stars in any category!

I took my 15 year-old dog on his last vacation and he was treated like royalty by an excellent staff! (They were very nice to me too!!) The Charleston Grill has EXCELLENT food.

The staff is amazingly interested in your comfort, and go out of their way to make sure all is a-1. when asked what there was to do in the area, one employee actually wrote out a map with highlights of restaurants, night spots, boating, and oh, yeah, sites of historical interest. Loved it loved it loved it. can't wait to go back to Charleston.

The Charleston Place Hotel has exceeded my expectations, I travel quite frequently and consider this, with out a doubt, my favorite hotel! The staff is amazing, and very personal for such a large hotel. I recomend it to anyone!

This is the best hotel we have evre stayed in. The facilities are beautiful and the rooms were very nice. Services, shopping and the city are very convenient. Their restaurants are outstanding and their staff is second to none. Well worth the extra cash!
