The entire hotel staff is efficient, polite and customer orriented. I have the greatest appreciation for the experience that my and I had for our Thanksgiving holiday in Charleston, and our next visit to Charleston will include a stay at Doublestree Suites.

this is a very nice hotel in a great location. From desk service was questionable, and the wait staff for breakfast was very poor.

If you do not have a car this hotel is in a great location. It is close to the market and a ton of great restaurants and shopping.

Room noise was very loud, heat would burn you upstairs and freeze you downstairs. Front desk lady was very RUDE, but I still love Charleston.

I absolutely loved this hotel! Everything was fabulous! Every single employee was incredibly attentive and helpful. I really cannot stress enough just how nice these people were...they really made my hotel experience a true pleasure. The cookies at check-in were quite yummy. The bi-level rooms were adorable. The pillows were also quite soft. I am most definitely staying here again when I return to Charleston!!!

The staff was attentive and professional. The suite I occupied had a hole in the top step allowing light from an undetermined sight to enter. I will continue to use Doubletree when available. This particular location does not live up to Doubletree standards of other units of the chain.

Wonderful location @ The Market, across the street from Hank's, my favorite SC restaurant. Well-appointed 2 rm suites w/ great amenities. Great buffet breakfast.. No desk in room & dining table in living room was too dark, so I worked in the light-filled hotel restaurant for several hours after breakfast, with free Internet service.
