Located at the west end of I-26, eight miles from downtown Charleston, this contemporary 80-room hotel offers quality accommodations, good amenities and friendly, professional staff. There are several restaurants in the vicinity, a grocery store and a shopping mall. Typical of a Holiday Inn Express, guests can expect good value for the price of a room. Guests are given discount coupons to local attractions and dining. A car is a necessity, but the location is a good starting point to visit plantations on the Ashley River, a drive to the beach, or a tour of the historic district.

Clean and cheerfully decorated, the staff is helpful with directions and suggestions what to see and do, and the amenities are more than satisfactory.
