Overall, the hotel was adequate for our needs. However, there was no diaper changing station in the lobby restroom, so while eating breakfast, I would have to return to the room I just checked out of or use the lobby sofa (which is what I did) which is not exactly sanitary for my baby or future guests. Also, the snack machine was only on the main level & would not take singles (and was broken last year when we stayed there). When we asked the gentleman at the front desk, he had no quarters and directed us to the convenience store across the street at 10:00 at night!

Beds/pillows very comfortable.

No diaper changing station in lobby bathroom; snack machines only on 1st floor & not operating properly.

Travelers to Anderson say this is a great hotel for families. The employees are very child friendly and younger members of the family enjoyed the swimming pool and the home-baked cookies that were always available in the lobby. Rates here are competitive with neighboring properties and the rooms are suites have all been renovated to a high standard. Most guests say they would certainly stay at this Holiday Inn Express again and would recommend the property to others.
