This is best Courtyard I have ever stayed. Super clean. Free computer/internet/printer for business use. Very helpful front desk people. Great location. And their complimentary breakfast is the best ever.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our overnight stay. Room was terrific and the spa tub was outstanding. Complimentary breakfast was great and proximately to the airport was important due to an early flight.

I enjoyed the spa tub.

Water from the tap was discolored brown.

We really enjoyed this property, great location too - close to airport & Newport beaches & to the mall/restaurants. A good restaurant is right next door for lunch/dinner. The hotel restaurant serves breakfast for a reasonable price & was good. Really welcoming lobby with comfortable couches, large screen TV, free computer center, friendly, helpful staff. Rooms are fantastic - large, beautiful, comfy beds, micro, fridge. My favorite - no extra charges for every little thing (like wireless internet, parking etc). Exceeded our expectations.

Great location, spacious beautiful room with fridge & micro, loved indoor pool/Jacuzzi & fitness center, loved the lobby & staff.

The 89-room Courtyard by Marriott Providence/Warwick Airport hotel was designed for business travelers but it has good accommodation and facilities for those on vacation. The three-story non-smoking property is located near the airport, Newport mansions and Waterplace Park, Riverwalk and is six miles from downtown Providence and the RI Convention Center. Items included with the room rate are high-speed Internet access, parking, a morning newspaper, coffee in the lobby at all times and a morning newspaper. There is one meeting room, for social and business functions, that can accommodate up to 40 guests. Brown University, RI School of Design, Providence College and Johnson and Wales are all within 10 miles of the hotel.
