Staff was super and helpful. Service was great, but I didn't feel safe. The electrical plugs on the lamp was twisted and I lay awake until the morning thinking the place might burn down

My first impression was not good. The main entrance had doors that had to be manually opened which is not easy with luggage! I arrived late with no room service. Strange people hanging out in lobby which were not guests.

exceptional in their flexible attitude. We were in providence for the junior Olympics x-country championships. The weather caused major problems with people getting in on time. The staff was very accomidating & supportive of our situation.

Quite surprised at the run down state of a Marriott property. Stay elsewhere

The rooms smelled old and musty, even after requesting a change of rooms. There were cobwebs hanging from the ceiling, and the wallpaper was stained. The bed sheets were not changed upon our arrival. The carpet had not been vacuumed either day that we were there. We would have changed hotels, but all were sold out due to events downtown. The only positive things were the continental breakfast and the close location to I-95. It was easy to reach downtown Providence as well as Newport.
