A little off the beaten path but very convenient and well worth the money. The newness of the property and the breakfast at Fairfield in general are hard to beat.

Very nice for the price. Friendly staff.

The desk clerk was very friendly and accomodating.

The pillows were down filled with feathers actually sticking out and hurting you. I complained, but they could not find any foam pillows.

We had a wonderful experience. It was clean and everyone was friendly. It was close to dining establishments. The homemade waffles were a real plus to the continental breakfast.

Wonderful homemade waffles they were great!

Breakfast staff person was sitting with legs over easy chair during breakfast not very professional.

The 113-room Quality Inn Smithfield is two miles from Bryant University and provides affordable accommodation for both the business traveler and families on vacation. Recent visitors to this Quality Inn have had an enjoyable stay here and say the property is a home away from home. There were earlier complaints about the poor English spoken by the front desk employees but those who have stayed in more recently found all the employees very friendly and helpful. The property offers good value and the rooms are clean and comfortable.
