Was staying in this hotel for 2 weeks and coordinating up to 5 people coming in going from my buisness team during this 2 weeks. First they couldn't, after repeated calls and going to the front desk, get the names and dates right for the travelers in my group. They had inconsistent quality of service at the front desk, and Its been over week later and i still haven't recieved my corrected bill after leaving a message every day since. Will never recommend staying at a downtown hotel longterm. Especially this one. A clean room can only count for so much.

It was wonderful to stay at a hotel where customer service was excellent. customer service seems to be lacking in a lot of businesses these days. the person at registration was so helpful & patient with us,directing us by phone as we lost our way over & over again in the city & provided us w/free parking because of it! we were too afraid to drive anywhere again. very friendly as well. the room was very nice w/a nice view of the city & being walking distance from the Dunkin Donuts center where we were attending a concert was an added bonus. it was also very reasonably priced. i highly recommend this hotel.
