Very comfortable, pretty environment. Not opulent, but very nice. Light rooms. Elevators efficient. Consistent temperatures in building. Very available and knowledgeable staff at desk and around lobby.

What can I say? Fabulous beds, spectacular view of the State house and College Hill, ideally located downtown. Ask for floor 20 or higher and minimize street noise. Very helpful staff. Extremely good room for price.

They changed my room without any fuss due to screaming kids across the hall.

Difficult to get to in terms of one way streets, freeway nearby, construction etc

The Westin Providence, located next to the Providence Place Mall and the Rhode Island Convention Center, is a walk away from many historic points of interest and gourmet eateries. The hotel, about ten miles from TF Green Airport, has won many prestigious awards. There is a gift shop, newsstand, business center, parking garage, restaurant, bar, café and an automated teller machine (ATM) and indoor relaxation pool. Heavenly Cribs®, Heavenly® Rollaway beds and sofa beds are available upon request. Accessible accommodations are a big plus. Security is at your service round the clock.

This well-appointed Westin in convenient location welcomes your four-legged companions. Many visitors were happy with spacious clean accommodations, roomy bathrooms, wide screen televisions, self-parking, food at Flemings, location and courteous staff. However, malfunctioning air conditioners, shabby hallways, dirty carpets, dated décor, expensive parking, erroneous billing and indifferent staff were major concerns of some guests.
