We enjoyed our stay. We would have enjoyed it more with a mini bar and with bigger selections of on demand movies. An up to date TV Guide would have been helpful as well. We were their over New Years, their dinner party did not interest us, but dinner in room dining was really very nice.

Very pretty view and location. Good food, good room service.

We really did get a cheap room. Ground floor behind construction and not an internal entrance.

Resort hotel in a good location. Be careful of the extra charges.

Room was spacious and well done.

Very disappointed with extra charge of $16 for parking. Caveat emptor - I didn't do enough checking or it was not disclosed clearly when I booked.

Hotel was very nice. The check-in girl was very rude. The room had two double beds seeing this was an anniversary trip I wanted one bed. Girl was not receptive stated all rooms with one bed sold out for the night. However the young man that I had at check-out was extremely friendly and courtesy. The room was clean and the decor beautiful. The location was outstanding.

Although this hotel is extremely expensive it is definitely one of the nicest hotels in this area. It is one of the reasons that the world values the Hyatt Regency name as much as it does. It is just as beautiful on the inside as it is on the out and they have a world class spa and rejunivating center, along with a salt water swimming pool that is definitely one of a kind. If you can afford this luxury you have to give it a try.
