The hotel is in mint condition after renovation. Noise between units may be a problem due to the poor (old) acoustic insulation, especially when families with kids arrive late night. Computers were not working at checkout.

The condition of the room was not the best, though adequate. The price was very competitive.

We have been staying at the Best Western periodically over the past 4 years. Our child was in college near by. This was a great location to stay at. Also, we have gone on get away weekends here too over the year. We can't wait to see the finished hotel. The staff and service has always been great. They make you feel at home. We will be looking forward to visiting again this fall.

Our room was clean, well taken care of, good for a basic place to stay with few amenities. Our room was ready when we arrived and we were given help with our bags. The hotel was under renovation, but this hardly affected us. The facility was good for what we needed, a place to sleep. The only "problem" with our room was the mildew odor from the airconditioning unit, which I pointed out to the desk clerk.

I am in the military and have traveled all over the country and world. I usually always look for a Best Western because I know that I will get a great hotel! Well my guess was wrong here! I have never in this country been in a more over-priced run down hotel! I ws totally shocked! We were told we would get a military dscount but I don't know where it went because we did not get it!Never would I recommend this hotel.
