Cleanliness and location and atmosphere are very good but my arrival feelings after being disgruntly greeted by the desk person didn't start out that way...then my room key wouldn't work so had to go abck again to unfriendly front desk.

This was a great hotel. Our experience was wonderful as well.

The use of the hot tub and pool after work every day.

Replaced soap bars daily even though they had only been used once.

The 137-room Courtyard by Marriott Philadelphia Willow Grove is a business-oriented hotel but with good facilities for the leisure traveler. The three-story, non-smoking hotel is located in the Philadelphia suburb of Willow Grove within minutes of the Willow Grove Park Mall, shopping and dining areas, New Hope, and just 30 minutes away from the center of Philadelphia. Items included in the room rate are high-speed Internet access, a morning newspaper, parking and coffee available in the lobby 24/7. The property has two meeting rooms for social or business functions. The larger can accommodate 50 guests. The hotel is four miles from the golf course at the Twining Valley Country Club and 15 miles from King of Prussia. Other area attractions and landmarks include Valley Forge, Fort Washington Expo Center and Peddlers Village.

Visitors to this Courtyard liked the suburban location, near good shops and fine dining, and said the employees provided friendly and efficient service. Those who failed to read the fine print were disappointed that the breakfast was not included with the room rates. Overall, the property gets a positive rating and most clients said they would use this hotel the next time they were in the Philadelphia area.
