The hotel seems well managed and the rooms very clean and attractive. Beds are comfortable, and our room was quiet, so we slept well.

I don't know if I had a choice for a different type of bed, if I did, I certainly would have not taken the sleep number bed. I think I might have only slept maybe 3 hours. I found it very uncomfortable and I guess it was just too late to try to change things. The next door neighbors, probably a family of 4 was very loud late at night and early in the morning. I usually have a better experience staying here and since it was my birthday, I guess I was looking for something special.

Very clean and the people were very nice.

I had very loud neighbors and I did not like the sleep number bed at all.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the Radisson. The room was spacious, which was great because we have a young child. Also, the requests I made to the cleaning staff were met. This overall experience renewed my "faith." the room was clean, and the wireless internet and complimentary newspaper was great! if there could be more access to TV stations, especially children friendly shows. The extra pillows were great. My closet door was missing. The room door didn't seem to close tight. The pool area could have some plants or light music in the background. Great option regarding the sheets to be changed or kept! The lobby area had a dining area which seemed out of place. I would recommend this hotel!

I was so glad we got this hotel, we stayed here previously after a bad experience with another 2star.

I overheard 2 couples on the elevator complain about the lack of friendliness from the staff.

The staff is very friendly and efficient all around, but it is really obvious at the front desk. The lobby is well set up and great for get-togethers. Rooms offer plenty of rooms, feature comfortable adjustable beds, and are very well-kept. The food and service at the restaurant is excellent. Exercise facilities are great and the pool area is immaculate.
