This is a newer property with beautiful rooms, exceptional bedding (your choice of firm or soft pillows) and a helpful friendly staff. The complimentary breakfast goes far beyond the normal continental I?ve come to expect. I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

There is nothing not to like. I definitely do not agree with the 2 star rating, it should be higher.

Hamptons are great because of full breakfast (albeit not greatest food) is available to make morning departures easy.

Clean, updated. Walking distance to restaurants

Would only give us a room with 2 double beds.

Situated just a few miles from downtown, Hampton Inn & Suites Williamsburg Square offers visitors an interesting colonial style home away from home. This charming retreat features several conveniences such as a Gift Shop, ATM, free beverage area, safe-deposit-box, and a complimentary hot breakfast which can be enjoyed while reading your favorite periodical from the on-site newsstand, or by tapping into the wireless high-speed internet that is provided throughout the property. For those on the run, breakfast to-go bags are available as well. The hotel lobby features a TV, and is great for hanging out with a group of people as it has plentiful seating.

Public areas are comfortable and well appointed. Rooms are tastefully decorated, clean and fairly spacious. Double beds are unusually small though. The staff is very knowledgeable about the area. Breakfast is quite delicious and does vary from day to day. There are great dining options available within walking distance. There is shopping available nearby as well. The swimming pool is somewhat small, but inviting and well-kept.
