This was a great place to stay. Our room was gorgeous, very spacious and clean. The hotel had a very pleasant smell to it. All the staff was friendly and courteous. The pool was great as well, with excellent hours. I would love to stay here again.

First night there was a very loud party on our floor that kept us up all night, many guests complained, nothing was done. Coolers filled with water and ice were dumped in the hall, the hall had a strong smell of people smoking (a violation of the hotel). The second day the elevator broke and we had to use the stairs.
The breakfast's were good, especially the make your own waffles.
Hotel staff was not so helpful when there is a problem.

This is one of the better places to stay in Scranton according to travelers who selected this Comfort Suites for their visit. The accommodation is clean, well equipped and comfortable. There were some minor moans that the Internet access was not always firing on all cylinders. Despite this many first time visitors said they would stay here again and had no problem recommending the property to others.
