Nice lounge great resturant close many historcial sites and outlet stores close something to do for everyone.

The owners/front desk were very nice and helpful, maid was efficient. I was initially given a smoking room which they changed at my request. Pool was beautiful and clean. There was a refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker in my room which was great. Beds and pillows were comfortable, towels plentiful. The place needs a little TLC (decor could certainly be updated, carpets in the rooms refreshed, etc.). Lobby smelled of smoke, as there is a bar off of it, in which smoking is allowed. There is a diner which shares the parking lot, where I ate at least one meal a day. In general, it was perfectly fine for what I was there for; a place to relax and sleep at night after visiting with my sister each day, who lives a couple of miles from the hotel. They do have a nice big banquet room, where we are considering holding a family reunion next summer.

Overall, stay was nice, we just stayed one night but room was very well kept and clean. Magnetic key would not open door, but manager remedied the situation. Nice set up for continental breakfast.

Rooms were very clean.

Could not get into room right away but was quickly fixed.

The 98-room Quality Inn Pottstown is near the Coventry Mall and provides affordable accommodation equally suited to the business or leisure traveler. Items included with the room rate are a continental breakfast, high-speed Internet access, local telephone calls, a newspaper on weekday mornings, in-room coffee and parking. The property has easy access to the Pennsylvania Turnpike and Route 422, just 17 miles from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania and 15 miles from Ursinus College. Other area landmarks and attractions include Hopewell Furnace National Historic Site, the Maple Grove Raceway, Pottsgrove Manor and Montgomery County Community College. Not everyone who stayed at this Quality Inn was happy with their visit to Pottstown. There were complaints that the property was outdated and overpriced. However we still give the property a YES rating because management promises changes to improve the hotel are underway and there were clients who had a good time here and said the hotel provided good value for the money. The cheerful team of employees worked hard to provide friendly and efficient service. Many clients said they would return here while others said they would try the nearby Comfort Inn the next time they came to town.
