The bus group was very noisy in the hallways after 1 a.m. Laughing and shouting with no regard for other patrons. These were men between 40 and 55 years old for the most part. Nothing was done by the staff. We were on the 7th floor and it was loud. It could be heard thru the door in the suite area- not in the bedroom area. Otherwise, I was very impressed with the hotel.

Check in and check out excellent.

Overall condition was very bright and clean. Staff is courteous and helpful. Fitness center and pool were out of service due to upgrade. Lobby and open atrium is very dramatic and adds to feel of spaciousness.

The Doubletree Guest Suites Plymouth Meeting comprises 253 two-room suites designed for the upmarket business or leisure traveler. This all-suites hotel gets many repeat clients which is always a good recommendation. They are impressed with the friendly feel of the hotel, its location next to a shopping mall, and the excellent service from a team of professional and polite employees. Earlier complaints that the accommodation was looking a little jaded have stopped now that all the suites have been renovated. Many said dining here was good, particularly the breakfast, and they had no problem in recommending the property to fellow travelers.
