It was clean and well kept. The room had a microwave and small fridge with freezer. An on site washer and dryer were available for use (for a fee). There were more amenities than I expected for the price. The desk clerk was courteous. Pittston has a large Italian population and I found a great moderately priced restaurant at the intersection of the Rt 11 by-pass. There were also two upscale Italian restaurants nearby. Ok, so this isn't about the hotel, per se, but it added to the hotel's appeal.
It was close to the interstate and easy to find.
No elevator for second floor rooms.
