The 198 all-suites SpringHill Suites by Marriott Pittsburgh North Shore provides quality accommodation equally suited to the business or leisure traveler. The 10-story, non-smoking hotel is just minutes away from many of Pittsburgh's major corporations and attractions. The hotel is across the street from PNC Park, within a half mile of Heinz Field and the Pittsburgh Convention Center and one mile from Mellon Arena. The hotel operates a complimentary shuttle to nearby attractions and offices. Other items included in the room rate are high-speed Internet access, a hot breakfast buffet, local telephone calls, a morning newspaper and coffee available in the lobby 24/7. There are three rooms available for social or business functions. The largest can accommodate 110 guests.

Many former guests at this Marriott property say it is in a great location, next to the baseball stadium and across the street from downtown. Springhill Suites Pittsburgh North Shore Accommodations

The studio suites come with a choice of one king-size bed or two queen beds. Amenities include a sink, refrigerator and microwave oven. There is a well-lit work desk with high-speed Internet access, television with cable news and movie channels and pay-per-view movies, alarm clock, tea and coffee making facilities, pullout sofa bed, two-line telephone with voicemail and speakerphone, iron and ironing board and a hairdryer. The bathtubs have spray jets.

This hotel has an indoor swimming pool, whirlpool and an exercise room. The on-site SOHO restaurant is open for lunch and dinner and room service is available around the clock. There are numerous restaurants nearby including a Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse, the Monterey Bay Fish Grotto, Fu Lai Chinese restaurant and the Grand Concourse. From Pittsburgh International Airport (PIT) 17.8 miles: Merge onto PA-60 South toward Pittsburgh. Merge onto US-22E/US-30E, which becomes I-279N to Pittsburgh. Take Fort Duquesne Boulevard. Exit 6C, towards the Convention Center. Take the Fort Duquesne Blvd ramp. Make a slight left onto Fort Duquesne Boulevard. Turn left onto the 6th Street Bridge. This will become Federal Street where the hotel is located.
