We returned to our room and found that the sheets, comforters, and pillow cases were soaking wet. They told us that it was standard procedure, the situation was not corrected until late that nite when we again asked for dry sheets. Valet costs are outrageous

We have visited this hotel four or five times in the past two years as we have a daughter at CMU. Overall a very nice hotel, clean, nice rooms with FREE hi-speed internet. However, breakfasts are too costly and there is a $20/day valet parking.

The staff here was very kind with our situation for the hospital. We stay here all of the time for my son, who is in the hospital. We love this Courtyard

This hotel was unsatisfactory all-around. When we checked in, we were given keys to a room that was already occupied! The exorbitant daily charge for parking was ridiculous, the breakfast should have been complimentary as it is in many motels now. The price we paid, even though it was a special package, was way too high for a small room with no amenities, like breakfast and parking. I can't begin to imagine how people who paid full price for their room must feel.

terrible time getting a reservation, got transferred a dozen times - hospital rate not available?? too expensive, rude employees, overpriced breakfast
