I had just arrived at the hotel after a very long trip from Texas. I had to drive from San Antonio to Atlanta over night, catch a flight to Pittsburgh at 9am. I was over-tired and had to quickly shower and change to head to my engagement. When I arrived at the desk, not one of the three agents greeted me with a smile or hello, one in fact raised her eyebrow at me and treated me like I was a second class citizen. I was dressed in flip flops, cargo shorts and a 2-day old t-shirt with a heavy shadow as I could not shave or shower for 2-days.

2nd time staying here on business. Rooms very standard, no amenities such as microwave/refrigerator/fruit in lobby etc. You want it, you pay, even for the bottled water in the room. Don't expect a room with a view of the city.

Stayed there for a weekend with the Pirates. Easy walk to PNC Park/heinz Field. Great hotel, high ceiling rooms and comfortable beds. Staff great help in finding your way around town.

Beautiful hotel and great staff. In the middle of downtown and next door to the convention center. Sonoma Grill attached to the hotel was an excellent restaurant...not like typical in-hotel restaurants.

Although short on amenities as a good restaurant (the breakfast buffet was a disaster), both my companion and I enjoyed our stay here. The staff was courteous and helpful, the location good, and the overall experience was also good. If I were to return to Pittsburgh I would not hesitate to stay there again.

Courtyard by Marriott Pittsburgh Downtown is a wonderful hotel. Rooms are very modern. Bed was comfortable and executive desk was very spacious. Enabled me to put up all my items. Couch in the rooms and coffee table was very nice. Totally enjoyed my experience at the Courtyard. Parking across the street is $5 a day.
